On 24th September 2024, a meeting of the members of the Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster Tool Valley took place, dedicated to the presentation of the results of the Better Factory project, funded by the European Union. As a partner in this innovative endeavor, we presented the guide titled “Creativity Meets Industry: A Practical Guide to Partnership Transformations.” This document, based on the experiences from the last four years of the project, serves as a comprehensive tool for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, artists, technology providers, and intermediaries.
The guide shows how art-based collaboration can support transformation and innovation in the industrial sector, opening up new perspectives for the industry.
After the presentation, an interesting discussion emerged regarding the results of the Better Factory project. Cluster members shared their insights and experiences, allowing for an exchange of knowledge and inspiration for further development.
The second part of the meeting was dedicated to discussing the development of our cluster and future plans. Issues related to further strengthening cooperation between members and expanding the cluster’s activities with new initiatives were discussed.
The meeting concluded with a joint dinner in the form of a barbecue, which created an opportunity for further informal conversations and idea-sharing. In a more relaxed atmosphere, we continued discussions about the future of our industry, which undoubtedly strengthened the bonds among cluster members.
