The ReDesign project was presented at JEC World – one of the most important international events dedicated to the composites industry, held in Paris.
During the event, the project and its latest results were showcased, focusing on the development of fibre-reinforced thermoplastic composites designed for improved recyclability and reuse. The presented work reflects ongoing efforts to address current challenges related to material sustainability and circularity, particularly in sectors such as automotive and aerospace.
Participation in JEC World provided an opportunity to present the project’s progress, exchange knowledge with industry representatives, and engage with the broader research and innovation community working in the field of advanced materials.
Sven Meissner from Fraunhofer IWU, a project partner and member of the consortium, also took part in the event, representing activities carried out within ReDesign.
