ML FOIL Sp. z o.o. Spółka komandytowa specializes in the production of thermoformed plastic films (Polystyrene and Polypropylene) using the cast extrusion method. The films are used for both industrial and food-related applications across the following sectors: construction, gardening, automotive, and food industries.
The final product is a film with a thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 2.8 mm and a width of up to 1100 mm, wound onto cores weighing up to 800 kg. The film can be single, double, or triple-layered.
The company continuously implements new solutions and technological innovations aimed at improving the quality of the films it produces. A modern production line for thermoforming films, equipped with an infrared drying system, is currently being installed. This process involves drying, crystallizing, and decontaminating post-consumer plastic flakes, enabling their direct reprocessing—especially into packaging intended for direct contact with food (so-called rPET).
The products are sold both on the domestic market and exported to Germany, Austria, Denmark, and Romania.
