STO PL sp. z o.o. represents the Ukrainian company Spetztekhosnastka Ltd. in Europe – an experienced manufacturer of high-precision injection moulds, plastic parts and thin-wall packaging. We act as a local partner, providing direct communication, design support, and service.
The company offers a complete process: design and production of moulds, testing and serial manufacturing of plastic products on modern injection moulding machines to 460 tons.
Spetztekhosnastka’s portfolio includes 2K molds, stack molds, co-injection molds, thin-walled molds with IML, rotary table solutions, molds for medical products and others. The toolshop produces up to 100 moulds per year (up to 4 tons and 800×1200 mm). Design is carried out in SolidWorks using proven components from European brands. Each project undergoes testing and is delivered to the client with technical documentation, injection parameters, and measurement reports of the final product.
One of our key areas of specialization is thin-wall packaging production, carried out under the Vital Plast brand. The brand offers custom packaging with personalized shapes that stand out on store shelves. High-quality finishing and IML decoration further enhance the visual appeal of the products. Short production cycles combined with a high degree of automation have helped us achieve a 30% share of the Ukrainian thin-walled packaging market.
