Employers of Pomerania & Kuyavia – Em-ployer Association is an organization which has been active since 1992. The main aim ofthe Association since its foundation has been the protection and representation of associated companies to administration and trade unions.
Employers of Pomerania and Kuyavia take a good care of associated entrepreneurs, strengthening position of the federation in the region as well as in the nationwide organization, The Employers of Poland, to which they belong since 1993. Association is the co-founders and members of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Regional Economic Self-government Assembly which was established in 1998.
Their goal is to present a common position of all organizations within the regional economic environment on matters which are fundamen-tal for development of the voivodeship. Association integrates economic environment, fo-stering business networking and exchange of experience between companies. They increase awareness of common interest and promote corporate social responsibility.
This organisation of employers stimulates innovation in business by transferring knowledge from re-search units to enterprises and by supporting development of cluster initiatives, including the Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster.
