Kaplast is a family-owned company specializing in plastic processing and the production of high-precision plastic components using injection molding technology. We grow organically and continuously invest in modern technologies, advanced machinery, production automation, and the development of our team.
We provide comprehensive project support – from part design and technical drawings, through mold design and mold manufacturing, to serial production. Our services also include assembly, contract packaging, repacking, and global logistics with deliveries to any destination worldwide.
We also support our partners with injection mold transfers, including tool modifications, repairs, and ongoing technical maintenance. At Kaplast we conduct mold trials and validation processes, ensuring process optimization and consistent product quality before serial production.
The core of our operations is our plastic injection molding department, equipped with modern CNC-controlled injection molding machines from JSW, Engel, Arburg, Battenfeld, and Wittmann, with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 800 tons. All production machines are equipped with robots, which increases process stability, efficiency, and repeatability. We continuously invest in automation and production efficiency improvements.
Kaplast offers advanced processing technologies including 2K (two-component) injection molding and gas-assisted injection molding. We provide both low-volume production and high-volume mass production, adapting manufacturing processes to the specific needs of each project.
We process a wide range of engineering plastics such as PA6 and PA6.6 (including glass-fiber reinforced), POM, PC, ABS, PC-ABS, PMMA, PP, PE, SAN, PS, and other materials depending on customer requirements.
Our in-house Research and Development Laboratory (R&D) is equipped with advanced measurement systems supporting quality control, product development, and process validation. The laboratory includes ATOS ScanBox Series 4 as well as Keyence digital measurement projectors from the IM-700 and IM-8000 series, enabling fast and highly precise part inspection.
Our infrastructure includes modern production halls and warehouse facilities, including a high-bay warehouse with approximately 1350 pallet spaces. We also operate a dedicated injection mold storage facility with increased fire resistance, designed for the safe storage of production tools.
